After missing the first three races of the 2015 season, Kurt Busch returned to Nascar this past weekend at Phoenix. He was suspended because of accusations of assaulting his former girlfriend last September.  However, as the case was investigated no firm proof was found to press charges against Busch, and Nascar reinstated him this past week.

His teammates were happy to have Kurt back, but some fans are not. Only time will tell whether he will be fully excepted by the sport, but one thing is certain. He has not slowed down on the track. He was the second fastest car at Phoenix, and were it not for a late pit stop, he might have had a chance to win. He finished sixth.

For now matters are settled but the ultimate question is, can Kurt Busch stay out of trouble? That is something which he has never been good at, but, anyone can change. Only time will tell how he has been effected by this experience.
